Payment cancelation and refund policy

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Use and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.untangledadhd.com website (the “Service”) and/or our coaching, lessons, and/or courses (the “Service”) operated by Untangled Program (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms, and to the collection and/or use of information in accordance with this policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

  • Services packages/sessions are paid for in advance through Stripe.
  • Your appointments are very important and they are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.  Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hours’ notice for cancellations or for rescheduling of appointments. If you follow the 24 working hour rule, no fee will be charged.
  • If you miss, cancel, or change any appointment without 24-hours’ notice, it will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.  The appointment may be taken off of your package session or charged individually. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice (24-hours at least), we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive services. 
  • The appointments available on you package need to be completed during the package duration. If you do not complete them until the end of the package duration you cannot schedule them. You can do a maximum of 3 appointments per week using the package programs, in case of you need to re-schedule an appointment.
  • We do not refund payments made for packages or appointments scheduled. You can re-schedule appointments if necessary, according the 24-hours’ notice policy. Once you buy the package sessions, they should be scheduled as soon as possible and under the period describe in the respective package.
  • We will kindly send a confirmation of your appointments electronically two days before your scheduled appointment by email and/or text messaging with our online appointment scheduling software. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee.  Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment.  
  • Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment.  
  • All appointments must be made with a valid credit card at the time of booking.  A credit card hold transaction will be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.  Your credit card information is stored will full encryption.
  • Emergency absences will be considered on an individual basis by Ana Paula Francisco.  You may request, in writing, not to be charged for a session cancelled late within 7 days, if you feel such action is warranted.  Ana Paula Francisco will make the decision to honor your request on a case-by-case basis and will respond back to you during your next session.
  • It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will apply.
  • We also stand by these policies and we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to my clients.  If we have to cancel an appointment with less than 24-hours’ notice of the scheduled time, we will honor the same policy and your next appointment will be free of charge or you will have an extra appointment added in your package for free.

It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package/session.

Changes to Terms: Ana Paula Francisco reserves the right, in her own discretion, to change the Payment, Refund, and Cancelation Policy. The most recent version of the Policy will supersede all previous versions. The Untangled Program encourages you to periodically review the Payment, Refund, and Cancelation Policy to stay informed of our updates. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
