This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Untangled ADHD collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.untangledadhd.com website (“Website”). By visiting and interacting with the Website, Apps, and Products, you may share certain information with us, as detailed below. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Untangled ADHD.

Online advertising and google analytics

We use Google AdWords Remarketing to trigger display ads across the Internet. AdWords Remarketing will display relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of The Coaching Institute website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your machine. THIS COOKIE DOES NOT IN ANYWAY IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER. We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity. Children’s Privacy

We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. The website, Products and Services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Users can visit the website anonymously. Once this Privacy Policy is created, we will add a link to it on our homepage or as a minimum, on the first significant page after entering our website. Our Privacy Policy link includes the word ‘Privacy’ and can easily be found on the page specified above. You will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page. You can change your Personal Information by emailing us.

We do not allow third party behavioral tracking. You have the right to request that we stop transferring your Personal Information to third parties (right to opt out). You have the right to know which of your personal data we collect and how and why we use collected personal data collected (right to notice). You have the right to request that we disclose what personal data we have collected on you int the past twelve months (rights to disclosure). You have the right to request that we delete Personal Information we have collected on you in the past twelve months (right to deletion). Untangled ADHD may process your Personal Data because we need to perform a contract with you, you have given us permission to do so, the processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights, for payment processing purposes and to comply with the law.

Please note that the Untangled ADHD website, social media and services may include links to third party websites or services, such as social media platforms and recommended resources. This Privacy Policy does not cover any third-party websites or services, or your use of them; we suggest that you review those websites’ policies to learn more about their privacy practices.

Changes to Terms: Ana Paula Francisco reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Privacy Policy under which www.untangledadhd.com, our social medias, products and coaching is offered. The most recent version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. The Untangled Program encourages you to periodically review the Privacy Policy to stay informed of our updates. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
