My appointments are on Zoom (it is free to use). I will send you an invite for our coaching session after you schedule your appointment. Payments are made through Stripe.

Understand how your ADHD brain works. Improve your time management, planning skills, organizational skills, ability to focus, your motivation, and prioritization skills, and learn how to stop procrastinating. With this action-oriented program, you will learn pragmatic strategies tailored for you.

We will focus on goals chosen by you.

Initial Appointment: THIS IS THE FIRST STEP!

  • This is the first session and it is necessary before starting all other programs. Even if you have done the 20-minutes free session, you need to have this Initial Appointment before a coaching session.
  • The appointment duration is 1h40 minutes.
  • This step is focused on uncovering and understanding the challenges you are facing and reviewing all possible ADHD symptoms that you may be experiencing.
  • We will also address all your questions, concerns, worries and fears.
  • We will define what skills you want to learn, and we will set what your priorities are to get started.
  • I will explain all the possible options for the program. Then we will define your goal for the program and I will create a plan tailored for you.
  • I will send you an email with a summary of your goals and the structure of the program that we will follow.
